What this role looks like:
You will be on the phone all day building relationships with candidates and clients, finding the right people for the right jobs, and closing deals. It is fast paced, competitive, and extremely rewarding for the right person.
This is not a remote position. You will be in our Pitman New Jersey office Monday through Friday.
What we are looking for:
- Motivated, competitive, and hungry to earn
- People person who loves building relationships
- Sports or competitive background a strong plus
- Bilingual English and Spanish a plus but not required
- Must be comfortable on the phone all day
