Description:
- Responsible for effective management of warehouse/driver personnel
- Responsible for management of warehouse and daily quotas, ensuring production is fulfilled
- Scheduling of employees, planning daily tasks and duties
- Managing 2-4 people daily, handling conflict resolution
- Responsible for some operations management
- Assisting employees with daily duties, may need to operate forklift, load trucks, lifting 50lbs throughout day
- Ensuring deliveries are timed appropriately and delivered on time for client
- Checking quality of products picked, ensuring maximum order accuracy
- Knowledge of computer systems, use of excel, internal management system
- Ordering new products/parts for pickers, keeping proper logs daily

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
2 Years warehouse experience
Associates Degree or combination of education and experience
Experience with Microsoft Suite with emphasis in Excel.
Demonstrated leadership and supervisory capabilities. Proficient with Microsoft Suite
Experience in the transportation industry with a deep knowledge of operations and logistics preferred
