Overview: imageQUEST, A Xerox Company, is seeking a Warehouse Generalist / Delivery Driver who will be responsible for wide variety of warehouse activities relating to the receipt, inspection, storage, picking, distribution and basic setup of office equipment, supplies and various goods as well as, upon occasion, loading, securing, delivering and basic set-up of equipment, while providing excellent customer service and assisting with warehouse operations. This is a full-time opportunity working Monday through Friday. What You’ll Do: Assist in receiving and shipping of Xerox products, equipment and various goods Load and unload vehicles Prepare equipment for shipment and delivery Check all orders for accuracy Maintain a clean and organized warehouse Operate forklift and other warehouse equipment Assist with inventory as needed Operate an automatic box truck in a safe and timely manner, including daily inspection of the vehicle Abide by all transportation laws and maintain a safe driving record Load, deliver, install and collect equipment at various customer locations Provide excellent customer service Provide basic customer training on copiers, printers and other office technology equipment Perform general technical duties such as connecting equipment to networks What You Need to Succeed: 1-2 years of warehouse experience is preferred Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Experience using smartphone, tablet and/or laptop Knowledge of Microsoft applications and the Internet Experience operating a forklift is preferred Valid Driver’s License with a relatively clean driving record Experience driving a 14′ to 26′ box delivery truck preferred Basic mechanical understanding preferred Excellent communication, customer service and organizational skills Physical Requirements: Must be at least 18 years old Ability to stand for 8+ hours and regularly lift 50-70 lbs.
