RESPONSIBILITIES: Returns Coordinator (Contract) ssist in the management of new and existing supplier relationships with a supply base that includes both domestic and international suppliers. Process and document returned merchandise. Capture photographic evidence to support claims. Manage credit approvals for customers. Respond to customer inquiries regarding returns and credits. Utilize computerized database for customer and product research. Respond to voicemail and email correspondence in a timely manner. Collaborate with other departments to resolve shipping, ordering, stocking, and damage issues. rrange for vendor returns and complete necessary paperwork. Maintain accurate records and documentation. Stay up-to-date with product changes. Maintain a clean and organized workspace. Review and resolve customer account issues. Develop and implement standard operating procedures. Ensure accuracy of order entry and follow-up with quotes. Generate and distribute reports as needed. Coordinate with Warehouse to manage returns inventory. Prepare non-sellable items for disposal and arrange for proper scrapping. Facilitate the transfer of incorrectly delivered returns. Provide support to warehouse and call center as needed.
