What’s In It For You: Competitive compensation package with uncapped quarterly bonuses Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance options, including a plan with $0 cost to you, along with a 401(k) plan featuring company match Exceptional opportunities for career growth in an industry-leading company Recognized as a Fortune 100 Best Company to Work For (2023) and Forbes America’s Best Employers (2022) Key Responsibilities: Identify, engage, and secure large warehousing accounts within your designated geographic area Collaborate with TQL sales teams to target medium to large businesses in need of warehousing solutions Assist in creating and implementing service level agreements and leasing contracts tailored to customer needs with a commitment to outstanding service Guide potential accounts through the entire sales process—initiating contact, building rapport, qualifying leads, closing deals, and onboarding customers Partner with sales representatives and managers to prepare and deliver compelling TQL warehousing presentations via in-person meetings, virtual sessions, or phone calls Work closely with the Pricing Team to design customized, competitive pricing proposals Participate in industry meetings and trade shows as needed Travel to meet customers and prospects at least once monthly Provide insights on industry trends and market conditions to TQL senior leadership and clients Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not mandatory A minimum of 2 years’ experience in logistics sales, specifically in warehousing Willingness to travel up to 25% Proven experience selling warehouse solutions to 4PL clients Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Self-motivated with the ability to proactively solve problems with minimal supervision Excellent phone and in-person sales techniques, negotiation, and presentation skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with rapidly evolving priorities
