Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization: You will be responsible for developing and maintaining process documents, operational calendars, supporting ERP test activities, and providing support to demand planning team within NAM region. You will support initiatives aimed at improving demand planning processes, tools, and reports for the NAM region with input from Global and local counterparts. You will also drive the execution of processes and reports once operational. To be successful in this role, you must have strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. You also must have knowledge of Power BI, Smartsheet, Excel and Microsoft Office suite. In addition, you must be comfortable working with SAP ERP Systems. Key Responsibilities: Manage and execute SAP ERP request for change (RFC) with local and global counterparts Raise data and system reliability challenges via ASPEN tool and work with local & global teams to escalate & resolve as required Monitor data integrity between adidas planning system (SAP APO) and reporting tools. Provide accurate and timely solutions to management and stakeholders related to SAP ERP system disruption Coordinate & support in the development of documentation, testing & training related to reports and system driven activities Maintained and coordinate the creation of seasonal operational calendar to support demand planning team activities Key Relationships: Local and Global Operational Demand Planning Team Local Supply Chain Teams (Deployment, Product Supply Interface, Inbound, Order Fulfilment) Local and Global Data and Analytics Team (DNA) Local Account Operation Team Local Brand Operation and Systems Operations team Global Advance Analytics Team TECH Team Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: You interact confidently with developers and stakeholders alike and can present your work to technical and non-technical audiences You have a strong mathematical and statistical knowledge with proficiency in Excel You have knowledge and work experience with SAP Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system You are proficient using Power BI and DAX language for data visualization You have excellent communication and organizational skills (English, written and oral) You have knowledge and work experience with Smartsheet software You have a good logical/critical thinking skills with an aptitude for determining root cause You have a fair understanding of the physical, financial and information flow on a supply chain Welcome, but not required: You have a solid understanding of relational databases and the ability to efficiently query large databases for data analysis, quality, cleaning & extraction using SQL Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain & Logistics Management, or related field At least 2 years of experience in Supply Chain Management, Demand Planning or Business Analytic AT ADIDAS WE HAVE A WINNING CULTURE.
