We currently have an opening for a Vice President, Procurement & Supply Chain . This role is critical in driving efficiency, reducing costs, and ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic goals. Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Develop and implement procurement category and supply chain strategies to drive cost savings, ensure high-quality standards, and optimize the flow of materials. Evaluate and implement an effective Category Management strategy tailored to the PI Business needs. Provide expert advice and insights on procurement and supply chain-related matters to senior management. Manage procurement and supply chain budgets and forecasts, ensuring alignment with financial objectives. Oversee the procurement process and supply chain operations to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations. Optimize logistics operations to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of materials. Manage inventory levels to balance supply and demand, minimize costs, and ensure product availability. Act as a strategic partner to functions, understanding their needs and aligning procurement and supply chain strategies accordingly. Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance procurement and supply chain efficiency. Lead, mentor, and develop the team of procurement and supply chain professionals, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement. Develop and build a point of view on how digital solutions can improve processes and drive innovation. Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track and improve supply chain performance. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred. 15 years of experience in procurement and supply chain management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Proven track record in strategic procurement, supplier management, supply chain optimization, and contract negotiation. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Certification in procurement and supply chain management (e.g., APICS) is a plus. Strong negotiation, contract, project, and change management skills. Strong leadership, financial acumen, budget management, and communication skills. Possess or able to obtain a valid passport. Ability to travel (globally) 40% of the time.
