Adecco is assisting a local Client recruiting for Manufacturing Assembly Workers in Andover, MN. As an Assembly Worker, you will operate production machines, ensure the manufacturing lines have enough product to continue running, complete job quality and production reporting, and follow quality control requirements.
Reading and comprehending instructions and following established procedures
Collecting all material and equipment needed to begin the process
Taking precise measurements to ensure a perfect fit of components
Selecting or modifying components according to measurements and specifications

Shift & Hours:
Mon-Thurs 2nd shift 3pm-130am
Training preferably on 1st shift from 5am-330pm for roughly 2 weeks but can train on 2nd if needed
Must have general knowledge and understanding of basic math including decimals
Must be able to read a ruler and do measurements
Ability to use scope, ruler, caliper, counting and using digital Multi-meter to record resistance
Detail oriented and able to keep up in fast paced environment
