Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Maintenance Mechanic with a strong electrical background to maintain and troubleshoot manufacturing equipment. The ideal candidate will have experience with 480V electrical systems, PLC troubleshooting, VFDs, and be willing to assist with facility maintenance projects such as running conduit, installing cameras, and general building repairs.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and repair industrial manufacturing equipment.
- Perform preventative maintenance (PMs).
- Troubleshoot 480V electrical systems, PLCs, VFDs, motors, and controls.
- Perform mechanical repairs on production equipment.
- Assist with facility maintenance, including conduit installation, cameras, and electrical upgrades.
- Read electrical schematics and blueprints.
- Maintain a safe, clean work environment and complete maintenance documentation.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience preferred.
- Strong experience with 480V, PLC troubleshooting, and VFDs.
- Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Willingness to perform both equipment and facility maintenance.
