SALARY:100k-$110K

Warehouse Manager

Position Summary

The Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing all warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory control, and material storage. This role leads the warehouse team, ensures safe and efficient operations, supports production schedules, and drives continuous improvement in productivity, quality, and cost.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory, and storage.
• Lead, coach, train, and develop warehouse employees.
• Maintain accurate inventory through cycle counts and inventory control processes.
• Coordinate material flow and inter-company transfers to support production.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards.
• Improve warehouse efficiency, productivity, and cost performance.
• Collaborate with production and other departments to meet operational goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• 5+ years of warehouse management or supervisory experience.
• 5+ years of warehouse operations experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (especially Excel); ERP/MRP system experience preferred.
• Experience in consumer packaged goods or a manufacturing environment is a plus.
