$29.52-$34 HOURLY + $2 SHIFT DIFFERENTIAL

Position Summary

We are seeking a Maintenance Technician II to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain manufacturing equipment and facility systems in a fast-paced production environment. This role requires strong mechanical and basic electrical skills, the ability to work independently, and experience supporting preventative maintenance programs.

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical and electrical equipment.
  • Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on production machinery.
  • Repair and maintain conveyors, pumps, piping, plumbing, and material handling equipment.
  • Maintain packaging equipment, including case erectors, case sealers, and palletizers.
  • Assist with installation and startup of new equipment.
  • Perform basic electrical troubleshooting on 110V, 220V, and 480V systems.
  • Support liquid filling equipment and general facility maintenance.
  • Maintain spare parts inventory and complete maintenance documentation.
  • Train and mentor entry-level maintenance technicians.
  • Follow all safety procedures, maintain a clean work area, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills.
  • Experience with:
    • Preventative Maintenance (PM) programs
    • Conveyors and material handling systems
    • Pipe fitting, pumps, and plumbing repairs
    • Packaging equipment (case erectors, case sealers, palletizers)
    • Liquid filling equipment
    • General building maintenance
  • Basic electrical experience with 110V, 220V, and 480V systems.
  • Ability to read work instructions, use a computer for maintenance documentation, and work independently or as part of a team.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
