Large Company in Doraville GA is looking for an Operations Coordinator to help plan and organize crews.
Looking for someone with that organizational and project planning background. Also looking for someone who is mechanically inclined.
Must be flexible with the schedule
Salary: $55k-$60k

Operations Coordinator – Core Responsibilities
1. Daily Schedule Oversight & Plant Communication
Owns the accuracy of the daily service schedule and serves as the primary communication link with plant contacts. Reviews job assignments before deployment, identifies conflicts or gaps, tracks real-time changes, and communicates updates proactively.
Plant partners are informed of changes before issues occur.
Key Outcomes:
- Schedule reviewed and confirmed prior to deployment
- Same-day communication of all schedule changes
- Zero unresolved dispatch communication gaps
- Reduced repeat plant service issues
2. Plant Visit Coordination & Documentation
Coordinates and documents all plant visits as structured operational checkpoints.
Process:
- Pre-Visit: Confirm purpose, schedule, and contacts
- On-Site: Validate service expectations and collect feedback
- Post-Visit: Submit report within 24 hours
- Follow-Up: Track and resolve open items; escalate urgent issues same day
3. FastField & Jobber Data Integrity
Ensures full accuracy of operational data across FastField and Jobber. All job records must reflect actual scheduling, execution, and completion.
Key Outcomes:
- 100% of job records reviewed within 24 hours
- <5% weekly data entry error rate
- Zero unresolved system discrepancies at week-end close
- Full alignment between systems (no orphan records)
4. Dispatch Coordination Support
Supports Dispatch by validating job details before execution. Identifies breakdowns in communication or workflow and escalates root-cause issues to Operations Management with documented context.
Ensures dispatch operates with clean, accurate job information.
5. Safety Documentation & OSHA Compliance
Maintains OSHA recordkeeping including Forms 300, 301, and 300A. Ensures all recordable incidents are documented within 7 days and annual summaries are prepared, posted, and submitted per federal requirements.
Responsible for documentation accuracy only; disciplinary authority remains with management.
6. Operational Reporting
Prepares and submits weekly operational reports with complete accuracy and timeliness. Identifies trends, flags risks, and ensures all tracking systems are updated daily.
Key Outcomes:
- Weekly report submitted on time
- Operational risks and trends flagged early
- Same-day ClickUp/task updates maintained
7. Recruiting & Onboarding Support
Supports recruiting and onboarding coordination by assisting with sourcing, scheduling interviews, and ensuring onboarding completion prior to start dates. Does not make hiring decisions.
Key Outcomes:
- Recruiting activity logged weekly
- Interview/onboarding logistics executed on time
- No onboarding-related service delays
