DAY SHIFT DAY CAN RANGE FROM 6AM-430PM DEPENDS ON PRODUCTION
SALARY: $75K-$95K
SOME RELOCATION IS OFFERED AS WELL IN THE FORM OF REIMBURSEMENT UP TO $5K
Key Responsibilities:

Diagnose, repair, and maintain industrial sewing machines and related equipment

Perform preventive maintenance to reduce equipment downtime

Adjust and calibrate machines to ensure stitch quality and efficiency

Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns and production issues

Work closely with production and maintenance teams to improve machine performance
Requirements:

3+ years of experience repairing industrial sewing machines
-
Experience in mattress, upholstery, or textile manufacturing preferred

Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills
-
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
