LARGE MANUFACTURING PLANT IN CONCORD NC IS LOOKING FOR A 2ND SHIFT MAINTENANCE MECHANIC. LOOKING FOR SOMEONE SHARP WITH ELECTRICAL: WIRING MOTORS, PLCS, VFDS, ETC.
SHIFT: 3PM-11PM
Pay Rate: $31.00 HOURLY +$0.50 SHIFT DIFFERENTIAL
Main Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Install, rig, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair all machinery, tools, equipment, and facility systems at the Concord location.
- Set up and operate a variety of machine shop and maintenance repair equipment.
- Perform basic electrical control troubleshooting.
- Use precision measuring tools and electrical instruments to support maintenance and repair work.
- Perform electrical wiring (proper sizing), and plumb air and steam systems using prints, schematics, or verbal instructions.
- Support maintenance mechanics through hands-on training and troubleshooting in production areas.
- Work with hydraulic and pneumatic systems (required).
- Perform welding and fabrication tasks (required).
