- Working and practical knowledge of plant utility systems, (including boiler systems, compressed air systems, water filtration-
- Performed routine, preventive, and corrective maintenance on production equipment, HVAC units, compressors, pumps, and building systems.
- Troubleshot and repaired mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems to minimize downtime and maintain production efficiency.
- Installed, adjusted, and serviced equipment including motors, conveyors, chillers, and refrigeration units.
- Conducted facility inspections, identified potential safety or performance issues, and implemented timely solutions.
- Maintained documentation for PM schedules, work orders, and equipment history using CMMS systems.
- Working knowledge of National, State, Local building codes, OSHA and standard industry safety rules/regulations.
