3RD MON-FRI 11PM-7AM
PAYS: $30-$36 (DOE)
Position Summary
The Maintenance Mechanic is responsible for machine setup, troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance of production and packaging equipment. This position plays a key role in ensuring equipment reliability, minimizing downtime, and supporting production goals.
Key Responsibilities

Perform emergency/unscheduled repairs during production.

Conduct scheduled preventive maintenance on equipment.

Prepare and set up machinery for production runs.

Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.

Read and interpret equipment manuals, schematics, and work orders.

Perform PLC troubleshooting (electro role preferred).

Maintain compliance with OSHA safety standards.

Complete additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
-
High School Diploma or GED required.
-
2–3 years of industrial maintenance experience required.

Certification preferred.

Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.

PLC knowledge and troubleshooting experience preferred.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
-
Willingness to work flexible schedules and overtime as needed.
Physical & Work Environment Requirements

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Able to stand for extended periods (8+ hours).

Comfortable working in non-climate-controlled environments.
-
Able to climb ladders/stairs.
-
Able to work in tight or awkward spaces.
