PAYS: $28-$34 HOURLY (DOE)

Position Summary
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for safely supporting the day-to-day operations of the maintenance department. This role includes performing inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on production equipment, machinery, and building systems to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machines and equipment

Conduct preventive maintenance per schedule

Assist with product changeovers as required

Perform general building and facility maintenance

Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues

Identify and report extended repairs or required spare parts to lead or supervisor

Complete all required maintenance documentation accurately and timely

Follow all safety policies, procedures, and work instructions
Required Qualifications
-
Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
-
General maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment

Knowledge of pneumatic and hydraulic systems
-
Electrical background preferred

PLC knowledge a plus

Camera system setup knowledge a plus
-
Heat sealing process knowledge a plus

Ability to work nights, weekends, and rotating schedules
