MANUFACTURING PLANT IN ANAHEIM CA IS LOOKING FOR A PROJECT MANAGER. LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO CAN EXECUTE ON PROJECTS FROM START TO FINISH. 

SALARY RANGE: $90K-$100K NO BONUS

Position Summary

The Senior Project Manager plays a strategic and hands-on role in managing complex signage programs for national and regional clients. This position requires deep industry knowledge, advanced project management expertise, and exceptional leadership and communication skills. The Senior Project Manager is responsible for overseeing high-volume, multi-location signage rollouts, including branding conversions, reimaging programs, new construction, and retrofits. They lead internal teams and collaborate with clients, vendors, and field partners to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Initiation

  • Demonstrate expert-level knowledge in signage-specific project management, including permitting, fabrication, and installation workflows.
  • Validate project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines with internal sales and client stakeholders.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including site lists, production schedules, and resource assignments tailored to signage programs.
  • Coordinate with estimating, design, and engineering teams to build accurate and competitive proposals.
  • Support business development with customer-facing materials and participate in presentations or program reviews.
  • Participate in kickoff meetings to align internal teams and external partners on scope, expectations, and schedules.
  • Leverage internal systems to ensure seamless communication and transparency.

Project Execution

  • Lead the execution of signage programs from kickoff through close-out, including manufacturing, shipping, permitting, and installation.
  • Monitor progress across multiple sites and proactively manage risks, delays, and changes in scope.
  • Maintain accurate status tracking in signage project management tools and databases.
  • Ensure all permits, landlord approvals, and code compliance items are secured in a timely manner.
  • Serve as the primary contact for clients, providing updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring expectations are met.
  • Coordinate with field teams, installers, and subcontractors to ensure quality and timely execution.
  • Manage vendor relationships, negotiate pricing, and ensure contract terms are fulfilled.

Team Leadership & Oversight

  • Mentor Project Managers, Project Coordinators, and Administrative staff, sharing signage industry best practices.
  • Promote a team culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure margin goals and operational KPIs are met across all assigned programs.
  • Lead problem resolution efforts with a client-first mindset and attention to long-term program success.
