Large Company in Santa Ana CA is looking for an Bilingual Operations Coordinator that has experience running a field crew.

Looking for someone who is bilingual. Looking for someone with that organizational and project planning background. Also looking for someone who is mechanically inclined. 

Must be flexible with the schedule

Salary: $55k-$75k 

Medical benefits offered after 90 days. 
Job Summary:

The Production Coordinator will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our fleet cleaning and restoration division throughout the East Coast. This position involves overseeing the daily production activities, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, with the ability to hire, train, and manage personnel effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and assist with the daily service operation of each team, ensuring efficiency and quality of work.
  • Coordinate and schedule projects, managing timelines to meet client expectations and deadlines.
  • Hire and train new personnel, providing them with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
  • Implement and monitor safety protocols, ensuring all activities comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Liaise with clients to understand their needs, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Manage equipment inventory, ensuring all tools and machinery are maintained and in good working order.
  • Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and enhance overall productivity.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on project status, workforce performance, and any challenges encountered.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Production Coordinator or similar role, preferably in the heavy equipment or industrial cleaning sectors.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team.
  • Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Solid understanding of safety regulations and compliance standards relevant to heavy equipment and pressure washing operations.
  • Proficiency in scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with team members and clients.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification or training in management, operations, or a related field is a plus.
