nAs our next Maintenance Supervisor, you'll lead our skilled team of technicians, managing work assignments, training, and performance to optimize equipment uptime. With your electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic expertise, you'll troubleshoot complex issues, improve preventive maintenance, ensure safety compliance, and drive operational efficiency.

nResponsibilities:
n
nDirects workers in electrical, electronic, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic maintenance and repair of machinery and equipment.
nSupervises work assignment and personnel performance of staff technicians; hires, trains, coaches, and evaluates staff.
nAssists workers in diagnosing malfunctions in machinery and equipment.
nDirects workers engaged in dismantling, assembling, and installing industrial machinery.
nRequisitions and keeps a supply of spare parts.
nModifies programming of robots and related equipment such as robot controllers and programmable controllers.
nStudies production schedules and estimates worker-hour requirements for completion of job assignments.
nInterprets company policies for workers and enforces safety regulations.
nInterprets specifications, blueprints, and job orders to workers, and assigns duties.
nEstablishes or adjusts work procedures to meet production schedules.
nEnforces a safe workplace by supervising all tasks performed in accordance with O.S.H.A., E.P.A., F.D.A., Food Safety, Lock-out/Tag-out safety rules, codes policies, and regulations, and Confined Entry policies.
nContributes to a safe workplace by enforcing and complying with Federal, State, and Company rules and procedures.
nRecommends measures to improve production methods, equipment performance, and quality of product.
nSuggests changes in working conditions and use of equipment to increase the efficiency of shop, department, or work crew.
nAnalyzes and resolves work problems, or assists workers in solving work problems.
nInitiates or suggests plans to motivate workers to achieve work goals.
nMaintains time and production records.

nQualifications:
n
nA high school diploma or GED is required; BA/BS degree in Engineering or related field preferred
n5 years of supervisory experience in a food manufacturing plant environment.
nMust have a very strong industrial electrical knowledge in motor control, VFD, and PLC
nAdditional mechanical, welding, refrigeration, and plumbing knowledge preferred.
nTo perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Windows; MS Word Processing software; MS Excel Spreadsheet software; MS Outlook; Crystal Report Writer; Internet software; MP2 Access 2000.
