nWhat You Will Do:nn

  • Work closely with leadership team to develop and execute growth and change management strategies across business functions from technology to sales, business development, marketing, operations, human resources, supply chain, and more.

  • Support and participate in the planning process which will include quarterly business reviews, strategy reviews, and technology evaluations.
  • nt

  • Develop, in conjunction with Segment Leadership team long term objectives and strategic plans by identifying internal and external strategic issues that could enable growth and profitability including macroeconomic trends, competitors, and market position.

  • Coordinate long-term and short-term planning process for the Production & Automation Technologies business segment.
  • nt

  • Create and maintain quantitative business model/indicators of competitive participation in markets and geographies.
  • nt

  • Work with geomarket and product teams to collect market intelligence, aggregate and analyze for trends, and present results to the PAT leadership team.
  • nt

  • Evaluate business performance of product lines and make portfolio recommendations to optimize growth and profitability for the global PAT business.
  • nt

  • Analyze current sales forecast and report out on market share position.
  • nt

  • Make appropriate recommendations to leadership team on long and short-range plans as well as work on special projects as assigned.

  • Support M&A activities as needed

nMinimum Qualifications:nn

  • BS/BA in Business, Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • nt

  • 3 years relevant work experience with an understanding of the product development cycle, financial practices, planning, marketing, customer services, and/or manufacturing to drive effective business decisions.
  • nt

  • Some knowledge or experience in business administration, engineering, and/or manufacturing to be able to perform high level economic analysis, financial analysis, financial evaluation, and forecasting.
  • nt

  • Must have demonstrated ability to make sound and objective business decisions.
  • nt

  • Strong interpersonal, analytical, and planning skills required.
  • nt

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Advanced presentation skills.
  • nt

  • Ability to commit to 10% – 20% travel.
  • nt

  • Demonstrated project management experience
  • nt

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.

  • MBA – Highly preferred

  • Experience with market research tools from Enverus, Rystad and others

  • Oil field knowledge
