nDetailed Role: The mechanic will promote a safe work environment by using their mechanical skills to fix safety work orders and operator request through hand-tools, fabrication, welding, improve, guarding, and interlocks. The mechanic will also be a leader of safe practices such as LOTO.

The Mechanic while always learning, developing, and practicing their industrial trade skills will be challenged to find ways within the Bottling Maintenance department to save on material cost (metals, drill bits, hand tools) , make the bottling lines more efficient through PMs, Line modifications, create a safe work environment by completing maintenance safety work orders, and share creative mechanical ideas that will build trust within the team.

nDetailed Role: Culture is very important to the Bottling Maintenance team. The Mechanic will attend Bottling Line start-up meetings along with mid-shift meeting with the Bottling Maintenance team. Communication about safety and lines issues will be key. Being a team player with not only the Bottling Maintenance team will be recognized but with the entire facility. They will be challenged to take pride in their maintenance work while also continuing to grow as a model employee.

Their technical skill set will enable them to carry out tasks and have the knowledge to fix compliance issues as they are brought to their attention.

no Undergraduate Degree
no Good physical health. For example; capable of working on your feet, sitting, climbing stairs and ladders, bending, kneeling, and squatting.
no Good vision and manual dexterity.
nPREFERRED
no 1-3 years relevant experience
no 2 years relevant experience in a fast paced environment
no Requires Previous experience in manufacturing or warehouse environment
no Previous experience in manufacturing, landscaping or warehouse environment
nPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
no Ability to pick up and/or move objects up to 50 pounds without assistance.
