PROJECT MANAGER/ ESTIMATOR OPENING WITH A LARGE CONSTRUCTION ENGINEERING COMPANY IN NEW YORK CITY IS SEEKING A PROJECT MANAGER/ESTIMATOR WITH HVAC, BOILER, SUSTAINABILITY EXP, MEP HVAC EXP, DEALING WITH INSURANCE AND OUTSIDE CONTRACTOR EXP & SOLAR PV SYSTEMS.

nSALARY: $110K-140K (may go higher for someone with more than 6 years experience)
nBonus: Is determined at the end of the year and based on Profitability of the Project that this position manages.
