nRESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:
n• Build a team of transformative HR professionals who are actively engaged in the overall wellness and development of our employees
n• Provide guidance and input on organizational design, role design, workforce planning, leadership coaching and development, succession planning, and talent acquisition to support growth
n• Created a road map and project plan that promotes enterprise-wide engagement through quarterly employee wellbeing surveys, focus groups, internal communications, lunch and learns, training and development strategies, and career pathing that are aligned with organizational goals
n• Applied employee feedback from surveys, focus groups, and lunch and learns to design and implement Total Rewards programs that support business strategies
n• Effect successful change management by identifying and aligning leaders and stakeholders, evaluating workforce capabilities to support changes, and executing on actions among the organization to drive change behaviors.
n• Help with the creation of SOPs for the Maintenance, Production, Sales and Logistics Departments, as well as formalized training and qualifications, which are used for promotion and succession planning
n• Coach CEO on establishing and communicating 3 – 5 – year vision and facilitate strategy building sessions with Sr. Leadership team
n• Drive process improvements for Sales team by redistributing responsibilities across the organization, resulting in streamlined communications, optimum efficiency, and quicker response times for customers
n• Proactively assessed the current state of HR technology, identified gaps, and implemented a new HRIS platform, highlighting the Human Resource function as a data-driven advising business partner
n• Maintain partnerships with vendors and continuously negotiate contract terms based on market research
n• Ability to build relationships, diffuse, communicate, navigate, and persuade peers and leaders when necessary
n• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or Industrial & Organizational Planning required
n• At least five years’ experience in leading a HR Team
n• Demonstrated success in ghostwriting, persuasive writing, and technical writing
n• Adept in budget management and vendor negotiations
n• Proven record of success managing and prioritizing competing priorities and projects
n• Strong analytical skills
n• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
n• Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
