nJOB DESCRIPTION: ELECTRICAL MECHANICAL TECHNICIANS NEEDED

nSummary Description:
nThe Mechanic Level III is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting and repairing all production equipment and support machinery for the facility. Applies knowledge of mechanical principles in determining equipment malfunctions and applies skills in restoring equipment to intended operation.
nEssential Functions:
nResponsible for servicing product and equipment on assigned projects
nMaintenance, repair, and installation of boilers. Identifies, analyzes, diagnoses & repairs bottling and packaging equipment.
nPerforms a wide variety of welding work ranging from stainless steel and aluminum of parts and pieces to moving parts in heavy machinery (mic, tig and arc)
nProvide coaching & guidance to other technicians on preventative maintenance task and equipment repairs.
nPerforms preventative maintenance, conducts equipment and machinery surveys, replacement, and modifications as needed to improve efficiencies and through-put on given lines.
nMaintains tooling and equipment by inspecting for signs of wear. Makes recommendation for repair and service of machines.
nDocuments work by completing CMMS and SAP paperwork on each job and maintaining files.
nDetermines parts to order for repairs and timeliness of need.
nKeeps current all manufacturers’ products concerning installation, operation, maintenance, service, and repair.
nProvides technical support to customers.
nFlexibility to work overtime/weekends, as required.

nRequired Skills and Competencies:
nPrevious experience in manufacturing maintenance and machinery repair. or other related fields
nStrong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
nPosses a strong electrical aptitude and ability to safely troubleshoot electrical systems.
nKnowledge of pneumatics and machining
nDemonstrate the ability to troubleshoot and repair motor control circuits.
nHave a working knowledge and show the ability to troubleshoot PLC and Control circuits.
nFamiliarity with industrial tools and equipment
nAbility to handle physical workload
nUse a Computer and demonstrate the ability communicate both verbally and in written form as it relates to machine and process condition of the line.
nStrong knowledge of hand tools and own basic tools
nWork well with others and be a well-rounded and valued member of the maintenance team.
nBe willing and show the ability to training junior mechanics. Must be willing to become a mentor to Maintenance Helpers and Mechanic Level I personnel.

nEducation and Experience:
nAssociate degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school in Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning;
n3-5 years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
