- Ensure completeness and accuracy of all quality data.
- All audits are conducted to OFCO’s quality system standards.
- Conduct problem solving sessions for corrective actions and any other time that it is necessary.
- Ensure that the problem solving sessions are properly documented.
- Conduct internal audits in accordions with OFCO’s quality system.
- Reduction of Customer’s complaints.
- Reduction of Customer and internal PPM’s
- Operators demonstrate proper use of monitoring and measuring equipment.

Desired Qualifications
nn
- nt
- Two year degree in a Quality / Process field or equivalent.
- Two to four years manufacturing experience.
- Have a good working knowledge of ISO 9000.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate well at all levels of the organization, including staff, management and customers.
- Must also possess a mechanical background and be willing to help maintain and troubleshoot the processes.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Must demonstrate maturity, high responsibility level, good judgment and a desire to learn and grow as future needs arise.
- Must be self-motivated and have a take-charge attitude.
- Must be willing to work the hours necessary to complete all daily tasks.
- Have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
